Yes, I have an incurable illness,,,,,,that really limits what I can do....but I try to keep in mind,,all the things I can still do and not dwell on the things I can't. I might have to be creative too...learn new ways to do things that make it easier on me....I am still able to do those things, just in a different way.

I'm coping....I'm much better off than a lot of people and I think God that it won't kill me. I've chosen not to take medicine because the side effects are worse than the disorder....but life is still good. I enjoy things, I had forgotten about,,,like just sitting in the swing and being quiet and listening to the sounds around me....or sitting on this old tree stump in the sunshine and watching my cats play. I also pay more attention to my relationship with my DH. I now have time to listen,,,really listen to him....it's not all bad.... : )

No I love it! I love going for walks, watching the birds, playing with my grand children, cleaning my house, visiting the elderly, books to read, letters to write and so on. There is so much to do I find myself falling behind with all I have scheduled in a day
