The preportions are simply those of a square attatched to half of another congruent square, divided diagonally. The puzzle is to cut the figure into four pieces which are congruent in nature.

I dont have the figure but it is a trapezoid. Pretend there is a 4x4 square and a right triangle with a base of 4 and height of 4. So overall, the figure has a 8 base, 4 height, 4 across on top, and a diagonal connecting to the base.

I have the answer but I need to draw it...

Basically they are just 4 smaller versions of the larger shape.
