Sure, on a baby. The problem is it sounds like a girl's name, and a low-brow girl's name at that. It's a bit difficult to give any child a 'virtue' name anymore. Charity, Chastity, Prudence, Modesty, and Patience would all sound very silly on a modern child.

Sinclair is a cool sounding boy's name that's similar to Sincere.
