DPAR is Defense-adjusted Points Above Replacement. Its a made up stat that figures everything a quarterback does.

Number 1 was Tom Brady of course, but Brian was second! Third was Jeff Garcia. Do we all agree now that Brian should be the Bears quarterback?

I have always thought he should be!--I have liked him since he was in Denver and got a raw deal. He is consistent and knows how to run an offense.

I'm just scared at how good the Bears are going to get the more he is integrated into the offense.

He's also an all-around good guy. A class act. Kudos for Lovie for giving him a shot (even though it was a little late)

I definitely believe that Griese should be the starter. He should have been the starter after week 2. He will get more in sync with his receivers, and will get better. He won't ever be in the same league as either of the Mannings, Brady or even Romo, but he is the best the Bears can hope for this season.

FOX Sports does not have a clue what they are talking about

They DPOA and DPAR are just some retarded formula that make Fox Sports look the real deal. Brian Griese is a step up from Grossman but he's not looking too good

Well, I would say that Brian Griese is the best the Bears have at the moment...I don't know why they haven't given Kyle Orton any time...He was good last time Rex was out...

the bears obviously need a new quarterback whether via trade or the draft. second of all DPAR means nothing. I looked at your link and saw Kyle Boller above Eli Manning. Nough Said

SHUT UP AUSTIN N. You don't make sense and no one CARES.

YES he is the QB. All the Bears need is a passer who's at least competent and confident, somone who doesn't throw the game away, and executes a forward pass now and then. They can ride their defense and special teams to victory.
