i would say marvel just because marvel has more versatility That dc more characters and the powers are more in depth.
dc characters weakness are so stupid for a marvel weakness it is usually the persons intelligence
how smart hey are is in direct response on how soon they are defeated and not because his ring does not work on the color yellow or wood

Depends on the matchups but it just a general brawl with all the heroes , i would probably say DC. All you would need is a basic Justice League Superman, Batman, WonderWoman, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) , Flash, Martian Manhunter and whoever else, maybe Captain Marvel ,Aquaman, PlasticMan, Supergirl, Lobo, Green Arrow maybe some other Green Lantern.
This team could beat any team from Marvel, X-men, Fantastic Four, Avengers, you name it probably all the teams combined.
I think the hardest to beat in the Marvel would be the Hulk aside from him no one would pose a real threat.

DC would win for the exact same reason I prefer Marvel: DC characters are not balanced at all.
Let's look at Superman, since you mention him. He's got ridiculous strength, about on par with Juggernaut. And he can fly. And he can move at near the speed of light. And he's got various eye powers (X-Ray vision and heat rays the most commonly used). And frost breath. And his only weaknesses are to take him away from a yellow star for a few days, or present him with a rock from another planet that is super rare.
Juggernaut and Hulk would be nothing to Superman, as he could simply punch them repeatedly while flying so fast they couldn't even see him. Rogue? Supes flies faster, so he can stay are range and use his heat vision to cut her apart. The only people who whould have a chance against Superman would be people who rely on magicl atytacks, like Dr. Strange, and even he I don't tihnk would be able to hit Superman, so long as Supes kept moving at top speed.
If it were the enitre Marvel Universe against just Superman, he might lose. But otherwise, he'd pick apart every Marvel character while most of them were busy with other DC heroes.
As far as Batman goes, he's better at improvising, but with time to prepare, Reed Richards would beat him.

DC - the heavy hitters of DC take down their Marvel counterparts - in most cases. As others have mentioned, depends on match-ups and circumstance. I disagree with the responder who says Reed Richards could outwit Batman - C'mon, he's freaking Batman and he's not above cheating.
two words - heat vision. Get some distance and then melt them
two other words - speed force.
The debate rages on - much to the delight of fan-boys (and girls) everywhere.

MARVEL of course. Dc arent even that strong. Get iceman to freeze, and jaugernaut to crumble. Boom their all dead. Only powerful guy in dc is superman and green lantern. so with pro x he'll nock them all down with the psychic moves

Read Marvel vs DC. The DC characters are far more powerful than their Marvel counterparts. Besides, DC has Batman, and he beats everybody.
