Firestor, I don't know much about any "911 conspiracy B.S.", but the photo of the ticket shows "passing out 911 CDs" right there on the face of it. It appears to be written in a dark colored ink which contrasts with the lighter colored background of the ticket. You may want to check your information better, before you chide others for such.

1. Yes, people should be allowed to hand out any non-seditious materials they desire (in other words, those which call for violent uprisings are not protected under the constitution, nor are slander and libel, or threats to a person or their property.)

2. You should check your sources more carefully. The article was dug from Prisonplanet.com, a known purveyor of 9/11 conspiracy B.S. There is absolutely no context, nor was there any mention of the reason for the arrest. It is left intentionally ambiguous in order to draw the reader into making an incorrect assumption.

Yes.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

"Prison Planet Exclusive" = So completely fabricated no other news outlet would touch it.

He was arrested for distributing ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. He was additionally arrested for possession of drugs. Of course he swears it was planted. I watch some guy on cops get searched. The cop reached in the guys pocket and pulls out a bag of dope (way to big to have palmed). The guy says "that's not mine" cop says "it was in your pants" guy says "these aren't my pants" all on tape, all plain view.

The police are permitted to search a person and a their possessions (including a vehicle) incident to arrest. This has been upheld time and time again by the courts.

In the United States the U.S. Constitution backs freedom of the Press. It is a right.

Free speech allows us to hand out anything we want - even if it is a bunch of lies about 9/11 being an inside job.

Doesn't freedom of speech and freedom of press pretty much mean it's all approved by the government? They may not agree with it but that's all a matter of opinion.

No media should have to be approved by our government before being distributed.

Why not. The NY Times, CNN and CBS already get away with disseminating lies.
