I'm seven weeks and also have this feelings but i have been told that its normal and just your body adjusting to having a little one in side...unless you start bleeding then you shouldn't be worried but you could always check with your doctor if your worried...

I have two kids and I have miscarried. Please read carefully! If you are bleeding, call your doc or go to the emergency room. Most pregnant women experience this. My periods are really, really bad and the pain is terrible, but I KNEW when I miscarried. It wasn't like anything I've felt before. If you aren't bleeding, but the pain gets worse, go to the ER. If you experience dizziness, or you faint, or find it hard to pee, pooh, sit, go to the ER. If the pain is mild and you are not bleeding, then I wouldn't rush to the doctor's. Sit down, drink a glass of water and try to relax. Mild period-like pain is normal.

What you are feeling is called ligament pain. Your uterus is growing constantly just like your baby and its getting bigger and bigger and it doesnt come with out pain. Unfortunatly this will happen through the WHOLE pregnancy and there will be times that the pain is horrid. But completely normal. Unless you are having severe pain, I mean the WORST pain you have ever felt in your life, and you are bleeding, or starting to spot, I wouldnt be worried about it. Good luck.

Yes, it's normal. I had a lot of cramping from weeks 4-8. I have a beautiful healthy baby girl now, so obviously nothing was wrong with me.. Ha.
It's just the stretching, don't worry about it.
Enjoy your pregnancy :)

I am 4 weeks and I too feel that pain but I believe its just that your body is going through some changes and your stretching...nothing to be worried about unless the pain is severe or you start bleeding...

You need to call you OB/GYN. It could be nothing, and if there is no spotting or bleeding, it probably isn't. It could be "growing pains...I don't know if this is your first, etc. I felt an achy feeling low in my abdomen in the first trimester, and it was nothing.
It's always good to check. You should be able to call you OB ANYTIME day or night if you have a question. Even if you don't talk to him/her, there should be a nurse that can help answer any questions you might have.
