not neccessarily. sure hearing sweet things is very nice. but it doesnt measure love. if two people are in love and love eachother, i do not find it neccessary to constantly say sweet things or always tell eachother you love them. again yes it is nice to hear, but lets say my relationship for example, i know my boyfriend loves me, and he knows i love him, but if one of us says it, the other may not answer back. does that mean he doesnt love me? no. we say it when we want to say it, not when we feel like we have to. sometimes it reminds me of a talking parot, always repeating things it hears. just because if i told him i loved him or told him something sweet, and he doesnt answer or return it, that doesnt mean he doesnt love me. i hope that made sense. but i dont think love should be measured by the sweet things they are told.
