Yahoo! Answers! Just sent me an email, telling me that my question, "what would you do" was pulled. Why did they do this? The skinny of my question was, basically if the government came to take away your weapons, what would you do. Im not sure of what else I put in there, but it was a serious question. Trying to see how many other Americans are ready for the evils the government has planned for us.. So what was it?! Am I being censored? Whos feelings have I hurt?! Am I putting to much truth out there and they cannot handle it?!

Yes.
Yours was a good question.
I remember it.
There was no need for a Violation.
Did you write them back and tell them?

I have had a few answers pulled, however when I read the Community Guidelines I can understand where I may have violated them. Without seeing the exact wording of your question it would be impossible to comment on why it was pulled.

There are two common threads I see when questions are pulled:
1. Not really a question, more of a statement or a rant. Rhetorical questions can fall in to this category.
2. Insults people that don't agree with the questions position
"You would have to be a moron/idiot/stupid to not agree with..." as an example. Another example is when the question includes racist remarks such as "why is always dirty and smelly"

The violation notice should indicate how to challenge the violation notice.

The reason your question was deleted is that somebody reported it, somebody who disagreed with you, right or wrong.

Contact Customer Care at the link in the email.
Paste the question and ask why it was a violation.
I have never received anything but a canned response myself, but one never knows.

Try living in england. carrying anything to defend yourself against violence equals prison time. The law seems to expect us to lie on the floor and get kicked to death, do nothing about it. I assume it's easier for their paperwork.
