Oh yeah! My man was talking to some chick on myspace and I found out everything that they were saying behind my back and found all the conversations that they had on messenger. And even after I had told him that I forgave him for it I would get mad at him everytime he got back on myspace. And even now when anyone metions anything about myspace I can't help but think about it and get a little angry at the fact that it happened. But I have also learned that I have to try and control that anger and just not worry about it anymore. It's in the past, and all you can do is trust that it won't happen again.

This guilt this is ingesting you alive, is it from some thing you probably did on your previous? And do you proceed doing the comparable action/s that has brought about you to experience this way interior the 1st place? If no longer, then you definately might desire to recover from it (sorry for sounding cliche). once you're waiting to forgive your self, then here is what I propose: get a bite of paper and write down the wrongdoing(s) that are inflicting you this guilt. study it. . . a pair of cases, in case you're able to. Now this is on your EYES basically!! NOONE needs to work out what you have written! Now, take your paper outdoors, AND BURN IT! Watch it burn. Watch how the hearth makes your little piece of 'evidence' slowly turn to ash and blow away. long gone. And the sole way it could come returned to you is that in case you do it returned. this might all sound so corny, yet think of roughly it. once you pick somebody's forgiveness, you bypass to that guy or woman so which you're able to do/say despite is on your heart. yet once you pick your guy or woman forgiveness, there's no longer a actual action for us to do, so we do no longer something. via doing this - for me - it develop right into a thank you to invite MYSELF for forgiveness. i'm hoping this is clever to you, and that i'm hoping it helps. merely attempt it.

If you feel that way after re-reading the letter, you never let it go in the first place. Temporarily putting something from your mind doesn't make it disappear. You have to work on your feelings until they're really resolved.

Yup!! Even if you forgave, re-reading the words that got the fire started will always throw out some new embers...delete/throw out the letter to keep your anger non-flammable!

To forgive meansd to forget and you have not gotten over it. I also don't keep emails that long. Delete it.

i get re-angry when some old argument is brought up in any way. if i read it, see something that reminds me of it, or somebody says something about it etc... it makes you wanna take that forgiveness back and scream some more dont it!!
