"The Iron Cage," by Rashid Khalidi is very unbiased
"The Birth of the Palestinian Refugee Problem" by Benny Morris has impartial information, however, the updated "revisited" version has a lot of spin. Beware.

The human rights websites are very impartial. Do a search
www.btselem.org
www.amnesty.org
www.hrw.org

www.palestineremembered.com has the best impartial historical information I've found on the web. However, they do leave out some Palestinian atrocities.

Don't trust wikipedia

Its hard to find any book that is going to be impartial to the situation in the area. But there are still quite a few works out there who try to be as true as they can to the situation, such as:

1) The question of Palestine, by Edward W. Said.
2) The new Intifada : resisting Israel's apartheid / edited by Roane Carey
3) View or Print: Crescent and sword: the Hamas enigma, by Knudsen, Are
4) Crescent and sword: the Hamas enigma.by Knudsen Are

I just read these recently for some essays I have to write, and my favorite has to be Edwar Said's work...

Cheers!!!

I'm afraid that's about the best you can do. Read a lot of different ones and draw your own conclusions. You can probably find some straight out histories of the area, but anything with an opinion can be objected to by any other site with a different opinion. For straight history, try wikipedia or one of the other encyclopaedias.
