Well we did it again. Against the whole rest of the world GW wants to dominate outer space even with a close call already. Look up Prometheus-in spaceships.

Um... perhaps with an International Space Station.... (duh)

But other than a low Earth orbiter, it would become massively difficult to secure a base on another planet or moon...
