Nope. And anyone that says they can is spinning a fairy tale. The woman has six years experience taking up air in the senate. That's it. She's never been in charge of anything except her husbands socialized health care initiative and that was a disaster.
But to liberals, the mere fact that she knows Bill Clinton is sufficient.

ALERT - bi-partisan answer ahead!!!
In truth, the only people with the real experience to be president are previous presidents. Everything else is lesser experience, and it depends on your point of view - which makes it a very political question - those that like her will point to stuff saying that she would make an excellent prez, and vise versa. (For myself, im still deciding on who to vote for - Obama, Hilllary, Rudy, or Thompson - yes im in the middle)
As far as leadership - leading her campaigns, senate staff, first lady staff - all involve leadership, delegation, choosing priorities, fighting for position and importance, etc. It is reasonable to think that success in these could translate to success as a prez. In all honesty, running a staff is a pretty transfereable skill. Bush and Bill were good at this, but McCain doesnt seem to be.
political leadership - having several years experience in the senate would give her a better perspective on congress than any previous president since Ford. Also being involved in politics for the last 25 years or so is more than Bill, Bush1, or Bush2 had going into office.
military - no recent president has had this experience - since Eisenhower - while others have been in the military - it is different being a pilot or soldier, or POW than being a general. It is like saying "since i worked in the mail room, I can run this company".
All in all, no one truly ever has the experience to be president. The best qualities for this are the ability to surround yourself with people that make up for your experience - listen to the joint chief, get a good cheif of staff, have a good cabinet, etc. Sometimes experience doesnt seem to matter if they can do these things. JFK had little experience - he did well. Eisenhower had little political experience - he did well. Nixon had a huge amount of experience - nuff said about him. Reagan had a huge amount of experience - did well. Experience doesnt seem to agree with actual results.

As first lady, Hillary Clinton has had the opportunity to meet many world leaders. She has also had the benefit of being close to the chiel executive for eight full years, living right there in the white house and, if history is truthful, being in on many of the executive decisions that her husband made. Of all the candidates running, she is the only one to be in the white house for eight full years. She has pretty much the same experience as John Kennedy, with first hand knowledge of presidential politics thrown in. She is the only candidate that knows exactly what she is trying to get into.

8 years in the Senate, 8 years as an adviser to Bill, at least 15 years as an attorney.
I don't think she's the most qualified, but she certainly has more experience and success in her previous careers than Bush did. Romney and Edwards have less experience in public life, and Giuliani's never held a state or a national office.

She has as much experience or more than any of the others. Maybe people should have 3 to 5 years experience as President to be President? Then we can only elect Bush, Jimmy Carter or Bill Clinton

On the health care issue, yes she did fail and maybe her plan was bad. But I have to give her and Bill credit, they went out to hospitals and spent time talking to people in health care asking how could they change the system to make it better. She probably has more knowledge about this issue then any other candidate.

well while Bill was the governor of arkansas she was put in charge of the education system. when she took over it was ranked 36th in the country, when she left it was ranked 49th.
so if you like stupid kids or private education shes the answer.
other than that she has done ZERO.
She has not brought forth one single bill while in the Senate, not one. She seems to have all these great ideas on the campaign trail yet never wrote a bill while in the senate. Does she not know congress is who writes the laws?
