Yes I have.
Pumice stone, for example, is a naturally accruing stone with density less than water since it contains trapped gases. It is a product of volcanic processes.

Also if the stone is shaped as say a boat it will also float. Boats made of concrete where built and were seaworthy. However boats are made of steel and steel is 2-3 times denser then concrete or most stone.

So the bottom line is how much water does the object displace.

No, but it is possible is the stone is hollow. An object will float on water if its density is less than the water density. That's how huge tankers float.

As long as its density is less than 1 g/cc it will float.
