because you can get dirt and stuff in it off your nails and make them worse

Because they may get infected once you take the top off them and then scab up which looks worse than the spot. Also they could spread and look terrible
Keep perfumed soaps of your skin for a while and wash in clear water and keep the area clean.
You could dab vinegar on them to help them go away.

A spot left to it's own devices will dry up and disappear forever... picking a spot could cause scarring.

Because they splat a white cream all over your face and the mirror, Which in result can damage the glass in the mirror, however, spots which are picked feel good when they burst and all the cream comes out, do it over the sink. Becareful tough cos the bigger they are the more they hurt, and bleed.

because you are putting all sorts of other germs onto the affected area, try to treat them with creams designed to combat spots.
Good luck,and resist the urge to sqeeze them.
