im not talking during their periods... i mean just normally is there any discharge? if so what is it? and why do you get it?

It depends on the time of the month. Your body naturally produces fluids and sometimes they have more than others. It could depend on ovulation, infections, etc. Yes, normally there is a discharge. Usually clear or white. It keeps us moist to do the job and etc. Some women produce more than others.
