Kingdom Hearts 3?

Will there ever be a kingdom Hearts 3? If so when will it be released.. Also will it be on the xbox 360

Kingdom Hearts 3 will be about Sora, Riku, and Kairi on Destiny Islands when they recieved the message from King Mickey. It will probably be on Playstation 3, not Xbox 360, and it probably won't be released for another 2,3 maybe even 4 years.

There are three new games coming out, neither of them are Kingdom Hearts 3, and they are...

Kingdom Hearts:Birth By Sleep for PSP which is about the characters from the Kingdom Hearts 2 secret ending and Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+
Kingdom Hearts:358/2 Days for DS which is about Roxas in Organization 13 and about the mysteries of the organization
Kingdom Hearts:Coded for mobile phones which is about a mysterious message that appears in Jiminy's Journal and it has to do with Sora and King Mickey

Also, we are not positive on when they are coming out, probably in the next year or so, sometime after they finish Final Fantasy 13, and verses 13, Normua said he was going to center his work around the Kingdom Hearts series. These three new KH games coming out happened either during or before Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, they are not a continuation of KH2. They are also known as side games.

Most likely the PS3. Here's why: 1. Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 were on the PS2, so by the time KH3 comes out, the PS2 will pretty much be out of business, so it's possible that it will go to the PS3. 2. Pretty much all of SquareEnix's top franchises (FF, Dragon Quest, Parasite Eve, Kingdom Hearts) have been on a Sony console, so why not the PS3. 3. Disney is a strong supporter of Blu-ray, so if KH3 will help to sell PS3, why not have the game on the PS3. 4. The other two consoles are rather weak. The Wii doesn't have the high tech graphics like the PS3. The 360 is a bomb (not the bomb) in Japan. 5. Most people think the PS3 will pick up a lot of steam this year, and since Kingdom Hearts 3 isn't expected to come out until 2009/2010, and by that time, the PS3 could very well be in first place. To the winner goes the spoils.

First of all, yes there will be a Kingdom Hearts 3. Right now Tetsuya Nomura and the rest of the Kingdom Hearts team is working on Final Fantasy versus XIII and other spin off Kingdom Hearts games for the PSP, DS, and cell phones. This means that KH3 will be delayed at least until 2009.

As for whether or not it will come out on the 360, right now no one knows. If the number of PS3 sales continues to increase it will probably remain a Sony exclusive, but if not it may come over to the 360 in order to maximize sales of the game.

I'm sure there will be one, but not for a couple more years. There are 3 Kingdom Hearts titles in production, and they won't start on KH3 until those three are finished.

I find it very unlikely that it will come out on the Xbox360 or the Wii. No Square game has ever come out on the Xbox, and I don't think that will change. And while SquareEnix and Nintendo have patched up some of their feud, the Wii isn't anywhere NEAR powerful enough to run a game that will most likely come out when companies really start using the Xbox360 and PS3 full system hardware.

Pops... Sony is not gonna drop the KH3 game. Why would they when they made the first 2? U just want it to come to XBOX, which it won't.

Anyways, No. It will not be on the 360. It'll be exclusive to PS3 from what game magazine reviews have said. The only other platforms it may go to is the Wii, DS and PSP and maybe PS2.

So far, an official 'KH3' title has not been released, but we do have 'Birth by Sleep', '358/2 Days', and 'Encoded' coming out for the PSP, DS, and cell phones, respectively.
But, for sure, there WILL be a KH3. Nomura said himself that Sora's development still isn't complete -- after all, KH is SORA's story. So 'KH3' won't be released for quite a while (due to the 3 new games coming out), but it will probably be for PS3 (assuming that Square will follow its tradition of using PS2-related software). =] hope that helps~

yes, but development has not started, but probably around 2009/2010, it will not be on the Xbox unless Sony decides to drop out of the video game market in which it will be ported to either the Wii or the 360
