I know this is Timbaland but is that him on vocals or is it someone else? Usually its an artist featuring Timbaland but this is him featuring One Republic. Is that Timbaland singing on this one?

No it's not Timbaland signing,it's Ryan Tedder form the group One Republic providing the vocals,it is credited as their song, but Timbaland changed the beat slightly and added his 'yeah' voice in the background, this is the version which appears on his album 'Shock Value'.

Timbaland is only doing the "yea uh" echoing thing. He's not acutally singing. Only the lead singer from One Republic is singing. Timbaland is presenting them, bringing them out of the shadows.
