There is no such thing as an American flag. America does not have a flag... there are some flags for American countrie's associations, but not a flag representing America as a whole.

Yes, it bothers me a lot, and I think that it is wrong that he is even permitted to run for the Presidency. When a family has ties to the Muslims extremists, I think that it is wrong to let them run for the job of the President of the United States. I think that the media is propping him up trying to get him into office, but I believe that the American people are too smart to let that happen. I think that American's are getting wise to all of the crap that the Media pulls on the people and all of the lies that they tell us. So I think his true colors will show, just like they are now, and he won't stand a chance to even get close to winning.

Wearing a flag pin while failing to uphold the oath of office would be truly disrespectful. He and all the others have sworn to uphold the constitution, not the flag. That's the thing to watch for.

No, he's responding to the response that anyone who throws an American flag on their chest is being patriotic. Not so. I would rather see him prove his patriotism through words and deeds then from a cheap emblem. To me, Obama is ten times the patriot that George W is.

Obama seems to want to break traditions and I do have a problem with that. I believe our leader should show respect to the flag and its symbol to those who have given their lives to it for our freedom. He also says he doesn't believe in wearing a flag lapel pin as many politicians.
