I dont' think women ever acheived the right to vote in ancient Athens.
I believe slaves who bought their freedom could then attempt to buy citizenship, and could vote then.

but no, unless their social status changed, the ability to vote would not.

Neither women nor slaves ever gained the right to vote. Athens had an extremely restricted franchise. Even aliens, which in Athens included people whose families had lived in the city for over a century, but weren't descended from the ancient citizen tribes, weren't granted the vote.

to be totally honest i can't be sure, but i doubt that even free women had the right to vote in ancient Athens, much less slaves.

Greece was the first major power which was relatively democratic by historical standards, by todays standards it probably wasn't very democratic at all but compared to most countries at the time which were run by a single monarch it was a step forward. The other smaller countries were democratic but not powerful so have no major reason for being remembered

no, only citizens could vote. to be a citizen you had to own land, and slaves never did. also you had to be male, so there was no way
