No. I know allot of people who do though. I guess it's the whole 90% of your body heat escapes through your head kind of thing. Even when winter camping, I don't sleep with a hat on or anything covering my ears. Personally, I'd rather have someone keeping me warm at night, not something.

No, but I have to have something covering my eyes, which usually ends up covering my ears as well. I hate having even the slightest bit of light come through my eyelids..lol. :-)

No, because usually I listen to music before falling asleep, therefore I cover myself up to my nose, but the ears stay uncovered.

No. However, I have chronic insomnia. If I don't put myself into a drug-induced "coma"; I'd never sleep. I have a nightly arsenal of prescribed meds that help quiet my brain enough to give me a few hours of sleep.

I tried to use ear plugs when I used to live in a noisy apartment complex, but they didn't work out so well.

When I first go to sleep and I'm cold, I put the blankets over my head and stick my nose out so I can breathe.... Damn cold, I hate cold...

n if i used earplugs, i wouldn't hear the alarm! lol
my husband will leave the light on & then cover his face with a spare pillow -- go figure!
