For the last 4 years I have quit once a year also. I usually take a two month break...sleep a lot, work on some private projects, eff aoround the net, watch TV and hang out. It basically re-sets my system. There is only so much runaround a man can take...sometimes you have to slow dow, take it easy and live. I wonder if that has something to do with my Eastern European upbringing. There's more to life than just paying bills, no?

Sure did!
Now I am a stay at home Mom.....
I get to sit around...right after I get up at 6am, get the kids ready and off to school, beds made, laundry started, bathroom picked up, floors swept and mopped, house dusted, vacuuming, gardening, any errands that need to be run....then make a home cooked supper, do dishes, sweep again and give the boys their baths, check over homework, set out snacks for the next day, pick out the boys clothes, and attempt to spend some time with my husband.......then I get to sit around and attempt not to fall asleep while I sit down and play on here for a bit....and when I am on here during the day it is in short burst....If I get a load in the washer I can spend 5 minutes on Answers.....
I would not know what to do with time off......
Peace.

No, but 2 years ago I quit my job without having another one lined up and I was terrified. I got one before I left the job but it was a few tense days. I like my job now and it has too many perks. I wouldn't want to leave. They like me! I'm the entertainment.

Nah. (Although it IS why I prefer to have a cubicle in the back where nobody can see how much of the workday I spend goofing off!)
Later Daze! =)

They usually ask me to leave just before I quit. I've done that the last couple of years. I like starting fresh. â¥
