Walk through your fears and you'll find that there was nothing to be afraid of. Let go and let God. If you do good things good things will happen. Just do your best.

Put all your attention on the breath. Focus on the in-coming and out-going, until the breath becomes relaxed and full. If thoughts come into the mind, just bring the attention back to the breath! This is a powerful exercise. Good Luck and Peace be with You!

Just do it. Over time your fear will diminish.
