In general all vitamins do is make your pee yellow and expensive. If anything, take a multi-vitamin 2-3 times a week.

This changes when you decide you want to be pregnant and you need to make sure that you get enough folic acid, preferably before you get pregnant, but especially in early pregnancy (reduced neural tube defects).

good luck!

Take a multivitamin which is important. One thing I started doing is taking Vitamin C. Ester-C is the best because it's stomach friendly. I've also recently started taking a fiber supplement. The best is Metamucil.

Just a regular multivitamin for woman. Something like Womans one-a-day, but get the generic one because it's the exact same thing but a lot cheaper!! :)
