Plastering swimming pools.....it's BRUTAL. You're in a white hole in the ground - can't see because of white blindness - it's about 150 degrees with no breeze, you're out in the baking sun and can't stop because the concrete will harden up if you stop troweling.
And to top it all off your bent over troweling from the bottom up to the coping (like scrubbing a huge tub). Horrible!
I know my hubby does that for a living. I went in one day to trowel and lasted less than 5 mins before I declared each and every one of them insane. The bowl or deep end can up to 160 degrees if directly in the sun.
So remember those poor boys next time you're swimming in your beautiful pool =)
