ok so i dont know everything about ebay but i need to know:
If i live in the middle east but i have an american credit card
the ebay seller is selling worldwide (the seller is based in the US) but i want to have it shipped to the UK does that work? and can i buy an item with a Visa US credit carD?

Yes, if the seller ships worldwide, then there is no problem. You can also have your item sent to another address than yours, I do that all the time with my kids.
It is safer, by the way, if you sign up for PayPal and use them to pay for all your ebay stuff. It is free and should there ever be a problem, PayPal will look into it for free and resolve the issue for you.

yes and no, most sellers wont ship to address other than the registered address of the card.
