Okay:
You're a beginner or newbie until you can ride responsibly and show others that you're not an irresponsible retard.
It totally depends on what kind of bike you have and how large the gas tank is. On my 98 CBR600, I would get around 160 miles or so.
On the street, I go the speed limit. On the track, I've seen 150mph
Maybe 5 miles per day commuting and 3000 per year.
I took a 400 mile trip one weekend a few months ago
Only you can answer that. You'll know when you feel comfortable with your bike.
I would go with1500 to 5000 per year.
A good mechanic is priceless. I'd say 150 miles or so.
I'm assuming you're a new rider, so please be safe and get your gear and take a safety course before going on the street.

Twenty thousand.
Two hundred plus. Never run out.
One hundred five (indicated). Maybe faster, but that was a lifetime ago.
15 plus a day, monthly varies widely, more than 36 thousand a year until last year. Now about 18 thousand a year.
About nine hundred.
Same as above.
Five hundred or so. That's the average I get when I look at the used bikes I've bought. 24,000 miles divided by 20 years = 500.
None. I may need to travel for a special tool, though.

So many questions...!
1) It is not the miles, it is your ability and mindset.
2) On my 2007 Buell Ulysses I get 178 miles before my reserve light comes on and then 30 more without running dry.
3) I have been up to 100MPH once briefly on a way out country road.
4) I used to average 1,000 miles / month but I am down to 10,000 miles / year now.
5) On one trip up the Pacific Coast Highway in California, I did 250 miles one day and 450 miles the next. Well I had to see the Redwoods!!
6) 450 miles twice!
7) About a week. [ Maybe 150 miles?!]
8) "For example, there were just over 4.9 million registered motorcycles in the United States during the year 2001 and those motorcycles were ridden for a total of just over 9.5 BILLION miles in that year. Those are impressive numbers until you recognize that they mean that the average motorcycle was ridden for only about 1,943 miles in the year." [ http://www.msgroup.org/TIP170.html]
9) 75 miles.

Mileage doesn't matter, skill does as to when your no longer a newbie.
depends on bike my klr650(6 gallon) gets up to and over 300 miles on a tank my Ninja ZX-14(5.5 gallon) gets about 200 miles to a tank.
186 MPH
Varies greatly 5000 a year is a safe bet minimum
not sure
could ride 100,000 miles on the street and not completely know a bike, 2-3 laps at the track and know everything about it.
Can't really say
About 15 feet, my father is the best mechanic I know.
