sweeps? Is something MAJOR going to happen or are we just being "played" by the writers and it will end up being something boring???? Are you as frustrated as I am at the upside down of the whole show lately?????

Did you see the commercial today. Alexis was screaming and Nik's hands and face were covered in blood. I think someone is going to be murdered, by Nik. I'm not frustrated at all, I think the show has been great lately. I know a lot of fans hate the mob storylines of GH but I love the mob drama. I think Bruce Weitz is doing an excellent job of portraying Anthony Zacchara. Johnny has easily become one of my new favorites.

No doubt something big will happen - that's what the spoilers say anyway. Last time there was a ball there Katherine Bell took a header off a parapet and met her end. I wonder if Nic is really giong to flip out over something. And since the ball is during Nov. sweeps that almost guarantees something big will happen. I'm getting tired of some of the stories that have just gone on too long. The Lucky, Liz and Sam thing for one. Patrick and Robin just get on my nerves the way they act. But I don't think they are done by any means. I feel sorry for the actors having to do some of this stuff cuz it is so from the way people act in reality. Altho I'm sure there are some who do. LOL. What I do when it gets like this is tape it and FF thru the junk I can't be bothered to watch. (Watcher since 1981)

Probably. Usually a big event is a time to get all of the cast together, dress up and someone die or something bad happen.. Because of the sweeps, it could be a catalyst to end the broadcast year and go into the next (like the Metro Court hostage situation last year).

i bet a bit of both- the writers Do love to "play" with the viewers- remember the past 'sweeps' big SL's ( hotel fire/train wreck)- it was more 'show" than "tell--
'they' say lots of character will die but in fact usually only one Real character is killed and the rest are characters that we never see anyways or complete strangers
I have been watching GH over 36 yrs and am BORED- I am sick of the Mob, the Lack of Vets on screen and the Lack of ROMANCE- but then since I am over 40 GH doesn't Care what I think- the 18-35 yrs olds are all they care about..

Oh I think something big will happen. They are just gearing us up for the big bang. Someone is gonna die and I have a feeling Nik will be responsible perhaps Helena will make an appearance!

I think Nikolas might actually kill someone at the ball. Hopefully it will be someone who desperately deserves it, like Jerry.
