What do you think of Sid Vicious as a rolemodel to a 16 year old tomboy?

Sid died too soon and totally needlessly. I liked the pistols back in the day, but I didn't have much interest in dying when I turned 22. If you have to idolize him, take what's good about him, but by all means stay away from the drugs, slashing yourself etc. Rent Sid and Nancy if you can, I think it's a good representation of what a depressing existence he had towards the end.

No, he could no longer play in any respect. Steve performed all the bass areas on NMTB. Sid tried to get classes from Lemmy Kilmister, yet even Lemmy mentioned that Sid nevertheless could no longer play while he died.

NOT a good role model for anyone.

He was a heroin addict...they aren't exactly people to look up to and emulate.
