http://www.avery.com has plenty of templates you may use in Word (if you don't find the templates already there...)

What we did was, use an admittedly flaky method. We created a Contact for ourselves in Outlook, then defined a View containing that one Contact. Then we did a Mail Merge from Outlook Tools, selecting Mailing Labels and using the template for the appropriate Avery Business Card template...then when we got to the document we inserted the fullname and mailing address fields and propagated labels to create a sheet...and voila. We saved the sheet for later uses.

...errr come to think of it instead of propagate you may have to copy and paste fullname and mailing address from the first card to the others, but, no big deal for just, 12 cards per sheet, que no?
