I like big butts and I can not lie
You other brothers can't deny
That when a girl walks in with an itty bitty waist
And a round thing in your face
You get sprung

I'm a nursing student, so I worry about people's health when I see someone that is very overweight.

As for looks; If you're like me and are big but have a shape, you wear the weight in a more attractive way than if you are just big around the middle.

Regardless, keep working on it. Each pound you lose is a step towards a healthier and longer life!

should trim down as much as you can (without that fad diet garbage)

just eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.. get rid of the fast foods.. processed foods.. frozen dinners and all that...

:D

you'll feel better overall. more minerals and vitamins also.

you don't need to be thin but trimming down a bit and adding more fresh produce and cutting out the garbage will sure help in many ways with your health and just feeling better. it will also help with your mood and other things you may suffer from. (headaches.. sinus issues... pimples? )

i always encourage to eat better, i do and boy oh boy am i happier.

took forever to trim down.. but it was worth it.

i can't go back to the way i used to eat... just no way!

make sure you lose weight slow, exercise (aerobic style mostly for the heart) eat right. watch the calories and please don't starve yourself. starvation is the major reason why diets fail in the first place.

remember fresher the better! processed foods are so full of chemicals and that's inert material.. that stuff builds up in the body and it has a major effect on our health and weight. we just can't process all that garbage, it will deteriorate the body.

:D

(sorry, cutting down on the dairy will make the BIGGEST impact! (if you eat meat.. go fresh from the butcher, better mineral count and lesser chemistry to try to digest) dairy has many elements in it along with the hormones that give the body a real hard time over all)

OH and more WATER!

There are men who are more attracted to fat or even obese women. I think most do not admit it because of social pressure. I always thought that kind of attraction would be great for women in those relationships becasu they wouldn't have to get all neurotic about their weight but could eat as much as they want, and I think most women like to eat.

Well, someone will report you. Check out my 360 if you wanna see fat.

I've never been attracted to over weight girls or women. Hopefully your situation is not genetic. You should see a dietitian through your doctor if you haven't-helped me out big time. When I was diagnosed Type II diabetic, I took notice.

Personally, I don't care if a girl is hefty. As long as she looks nice and is outgoing and friendly. I think you will find that a lot of men will care about a woman who cares about them. If a guy doesn't like you because you are hefty then what are they going to do when their special someone gets pregnant? Dump them? Cheat on them? Just be friendly and loving and you will be able to find someone who cares for you. I hope this helps and I will pray for you.

I feel sorry for 'em, and I start thinking about how I would feel if I was that fat... and then I feel bad 'cause they get treated badly and I know I wouldn't want to get treated that way if I was fat.

I HATE fat girls in bikinis. In fact, I hate bikinis in general. Don't wear a bikini, even if you lose 100 pounds. Bikinis are awful.

I've always said, and found it to be true in every sense, I can find beauty in all women.

I wish you luck in your quest for losing weight, but remember what really matters is that you are happy with yourself, fat or skinny you have to be OK with who you are.

Actually, I'm one myself. I would love to lose about 100 pounds. But I don't look at fat people any differently than I look at thin people.
