You need to exercises and get on a not pills a good diet. Watch everything you eat look on the package and the calories isn't what you count it is the fat calories. These new protein bars or breakfast really stop your appetite. I have a problem completely opposite from you I need to gain weight and it is just as hard. I am 5' 7" and weigh 115 with all my clothes and shoes on and I need to put on about 10 pounds and I can't do it, in fact I drink a milk shake each day eat a lot and think I know I will gain . Go to the scales and I may weigh 112 and that is just as disgusting as losing weight. There both a big problem. Just count your calorie fat and stay on a strict diet and stay with it , I wish You The Best of Luck. Those pills just make you have diarrhea often and it takes all your fluid out, if you stop the weight you've comes peaking through.

The body you are in is the body you are in.. If you choose to change it, great, if you choose not to, great.. Unless it is effecting your health, mentally or physically.. I am not so small myself, but not obese.. I have been made fun of since I gained the weight in third grade...well, not so much anymore.. I lost it, and gained some back, and now I am trying to lose it again! I cannot control my weight the way skinny people can.. I can eat the same amount (not being much) and still gain weight, just because something changes in my body. Some people can lose the weight and choose not to because they are lazy, and some people can simply not lose weight! I hate people who say stuff about heavier people "they are so fat, so gross, they shouldnt wear that.." Its like, shut the eff up, you wouldn't want people talking about you if you were in that situation.. Skinny people with high metabolisms will never know the struggles of losing weight.. they might complain about being skinny, but they damn well know it isn't as hard as being overweight...And for those who say its their fault, etc, NOT ALWAYS. We are all people, we all have feelings, we all look different... If you are so stuck up to say you are better than a "fat person" you should rot in hell.. You aren't better just because you are socially more attractive, you're generally just a stuck up dumbass..
Good luck to your weight loss! I hope I have luck also! :P

first i do not like the word fat i use the word beautifully figured.
you sound like your just trying to put yourself more down by doing something like this ...it won't help....when you are ready you will look in the mirror and say i love myself but not the way i am i want to change and it will happen cause it is bugging you now.(seeing tat you are writing this question) for the world to see.
join a gym to feel better not to lose weight. thats the first step. then while you are enjoying yourself sure someweight will come off....then after about two weeks to a month start with watching what your eating....you can eat all you want but just the good stuff.
you will see a big change in a months time in your weight, and your outlook on life but don't try to do this all at once and never diet thats the wrong way to go about losing weight. if you ever need help write me at lisalepack@hotmail.com......i was also over 200 lbs about 6 months ago. notice how i say was.......
it takes time a patience and taking one step at a time.
and what i think about beautifully figured women?they have more curves then a lil stick which is what most women look like these days. and you will get alot of men on here saying i love big women.

They can be beautiful "Inside" as well as outside. It think our society plays the beauty up to be thin, where I believe curvy is more peppy than flat legs and a nothing behind.
Obese also has something to do with self dicipline. If you can get up without being fully stuffed, thats a step to loose wait. If you refuse to eat the cookie that's been smiling at you all day that's another step. Eat more salad and soup type of things until you reach your ideal weight. You can determine your ideal weight by your hight. Do not deprive yourself though to often from the things yu love. Just control yourself when you do consume them.
Good luck!

I don't really think to much about it...everyone is human and some people are just built differently than others..and some can't help their weight because of things they have gone through..
if someone thinks there is something wrong with an obese person they should learn about them before they judge them.

The only thing I hate about fat girls is when they try and blame it on medical issues, just like some have here. Most of the time it is eating issues, not medical ones that make them obese. I get tired of hearing excuses. Just cut out the junk food and get moving. That's all it takes.
Good Luck!!!

There is nothing wrong with being over weight. I myself have been on the bigger size most of my life. I think people who give bigger people a hard time are plain stupid. If they can't come up with something better to make fun of you about then just your outward appearance, then they are stupid to think of anything else. As long as you're healthy and happy then being "heavier " shouldn't really matter.

Hello Rayne,
I am so glad you have decided to take action to lose the excess weight you have. I have battled with being too fat with most of my life too. But I am winning bit by bit. You can do it too. I know that it is hard, but try to think not of a diet... but a lifestyle choice. I changed my way of living and thinking of myself and this has been a key secret in losing weight and not being grumpy or ashamed and stuff. I have decided the weight did not come on in a month so no way will it come off in a month. Think of just from now on you can choose to eat well with lots of salads and vegetables, little carbohydrates of the simple kinds like sugar and cookies and cakes and ice-cream. Fill you plate with good carbohydrates that you can get from salads and fruits especially the berry fruits. Also, go for walks ... try to walk every day a two mile stroll. You don't need to jog, run, powerwalk... just stroll and enjoy your walk. You keep positive and keep trying. If you do slip up now and then, so what? You are not on a diet, You have made a choice in your lifestyle. So if there was a chocolate bar that got into that day's eating... ok, you can't undo it. So don't beat yourself up over it. But think, well, that was my treat and I am right now for at least another week to ten days before I need another SMALL treat. If you keep your personality sweet and just have patience with yourself, you will achieve your goals. If you have a bathroom scales to weigh yourself, try to do this only ONCE a week. No more than that. Don't obsess over daily weights. Chart them in a journal, same day of the week and you will see pound by pound over a time will go and not come back. Check with your doctor to be sure your health is good all round. Take advice from sensible people... not fanatics or magazines that are just trying to sell their products. I am pretty happy with myself since I stopped dieting about a month and a half ago. I have a happier outlook and I weigh 13 pounds less than I did. I chose to weigh myself on a Sunday afternoon fully clothed. And have done so each sunday. I have been going for walks and just chosing to eat the things I know are healthy. Make a change in a small way and it has a large impact over time. I have changed from eating white bread to eating a multigrain loaf. My stomach is not so full of wind any more and I think it is also helping me to drop my weight. Good luck to you girl. I know you will be fine.
Kind regards
Lisa

I like confident people for the most part.
I think a little extra baggage is fine on most people. I do not find very manly very-obese people attractive because it looks like it is very unhleathy, whereas a tad overweight does not seem to have an major health risks.
It's all how well you carry it and how you feel about yourself.
