1. Thou shall LAUGH EVERYDAY! :)
2. Thou shall do something good for someone or something other than youself or your life every single day
3. Thou shall do something good or just for fun for YOURSELF everyday (even if just watching tv, movie, bubblebath, phone call to old friend, etc.)
4. Thou shall thank God for all your blessing every single day and do an inventory weekly of what is working, what isnt
5. Thou shall go somewhere you have never been at least once a year (preferrably on a plane, great time to reflect)
6. Thou shall read on a regular basis
7. Thou shall maintain family relationships and friendships to keep us "real" and focused on the ppl/things that truly matter
8. Thou shall pay more attention to nature and the simple things around us
9. Thou shall NEVER take one day for granted
