The two matching section questions she needs help with are:
1. A software program that runs on your computer and helps you access Web pages.
2. Helps you find information by searching the Web for any pages that meet your specifications.
The choices we narrowed it down to for these questions are:

g) server
o) search engine
h) URL
The other question is:
What is an always-on connection? Why is it convenient?

An always-on connection means that when your computer is on, you are also connected to the internet automatically. The convenience should be obvious.

the answer is browser and an always-on connection is like DSL and it's good because you do not have to dial onto the internet like you do with a modem.
