No he's not! Perry just doesn't like to show his true feelings & expressions. Dr. Perry Cox is my favorite character on Scrubs. I just love his humour!

Dr. Cox is not a vicious Bully. To describe him best would be.....
He is an eccentric man who his passionate about his job but they way he shows it is to be over the top with his comment as a way to cope with the stress of the job. His sarcastic remarks is to teaching tool like a good well duh to lighten the mood in the hospital enviornment but most of the comments usually zooms over JD because well his has his head in the clouds on most days.

No, it's all a front.
He's really quite caring. The best examples being when he punches Kelso for grinding Elliot down and when he becomes depressed after 5 of his patients die due to a decision he made.
I can't even think of someone he's bullied, he's just a bit mean but always comes through for people. He calls JD girls names but is always there to help him (like when his dad died).

no he's cool, i'd say the best character in the show. He's so funny and i wouldnt say he bullies people, he just tries to teach them!!

Nah, just a sarcastic jerk. He's really a nice guy, he cares a lot about his friends, he just doesn't like to show it.
