He's stating that he'll do anything for her love tonight and he'll love her forever but she thinks he just wants fun and he is saying that he wont treat her the way that she thinks he will....

Okay. Consider this. The song is by a guy named "Meatloaf". Does it have to make sense? Though I have often wondered just that. And, who was Carly Simon REALLY singing about in "Your So Vain" and what were the REAL words in the Kingsmen's "Louie, Louie"? We will probably never know for sure on any of them! Maybe we are just "Blinded By the Light". Get it? I thought not.
