I love Zoe Aurora and Zoe Briar. ;)
I don't care for the flow of Zoe Claire -- Zo Eclair ... like a dessert ;) -- or Zoe Clover (the repeated long O sounds), and Zoe Elise is a bit difficult to say as well. Zoe Celine is fine, but sounds just a bit too hissy as a combo, if you can hear what I mean.
Pine is simply not my style, and neither is Sage (too overused for my taste).
Other nature type names that might work with Zoe ...

Zoe Elanor - separate from Eleanor, by the way

Zoe Selene - if the hissiness really doesn't bother you, this seemed an obvious suggestion, given Celine above ;)

I really like Zoe Claire!! If you really want a nature name then out of the ones you listed I think Zoe Sage sounds the best. Some others that sound nice are:
Zoe Rose(but you may think that Rose is a little too common), Zoe Autumn(if she is born in the autumn)
Zoe Dawn
Zoe Wynter(if she is born in winter)
Zoe Meadow
Zoe Nova(this one is kinda different, but pretty as well)
Zoe Raine
Zoe Violet(might be a little to old fashioned for your tastes)
