Grand larceny implies stealing. If someone you are engaged to accused you of grand larceny, or called the cops on you & they charged you & he stood by, & didn't stand up for you, you need to not be engaged to him any more. As to the punnishment, make sure they know you were engaged & living with him, you might get off. Then LEAVE HIM!

If he reported the car stolen while you were borrowing it, sounds like the engagement is off.

If he actually allowed you to drive the car, the case should be over before it gets started.
He says "She has permission to drive my car anytime she wants. I did not realize she had the car and thought it was stolen".
