It was Mr Jinx the cat from Pixie and Dixie.
Loved it as a kid and even now.
I think he might of said I hate those mieces to pieces.
But anyway its definitely Mr Jinx

Superman by way of fact of his ethical nature, i propose alot of people could say he's purely too appropriate, yet hes no longer, yeah he has a large number of surprising powers, yet once you think of roughly it, why does he spend practically all his time looking after others, i propose he could have something interior the international and yet he's taking the function of each and every person's' protector. additionally i've got self belief like i'm able to relate to him on the edge of loneliness.

the character is Mr. Jinx, part of the cat-mice trio, featured on the Huckleberry Hound cartoon show. Jinxie, as he is called by the mice, Pixie and Dixie, were among the first cartoons on primetime tv and first to win an emmy.
