every time i do sexual activity with my girlfriend, a little while later my genitals feel like theyre being crushed, it hurts so much i feel sick. we didn't have sex, but did everything else and i can't think why this hurts. please help.

Ooh...Not the Blue Balls. Maybe next time try sticking your thing in her until you ejaculate. Then you will feel good instead of feeling like you wish your balls would fall off. Blue Balls suck.
Its because you get hard, and your body is thinking that you are going to have sex, so its ready for it, but then it doesn't happen and so your lower stomach to balls starts hurting like hell.

You don't have to have sex with her, just have her rub you with her hand until you ***. Or if your lucky, get her to suck you off. Just like magic, no more pain. You should problaly get her to do this at least twice a day for .... like ..... a year.

you did everything but ejaculate? it's called "blue balls". It will go away with time, but you can probably get rid of the pain if you masturbate to ejaculation.
