Just had a funny conversation with a coworker about sneaking snacks in the movie theater, who else does it, and how do you get it in there?
I normally take my big purse and put those lil alcoholic drinks, and probably some chips, candy, and water or soda or something. I'm not half as bad as this chick i seen one time pull out a big bucket of chicken.

OMG...the sky's the limit as far as I am concerned.
I have no aversion to taking chicken (hotsauce included), ham sandwiches, thanksgiving dinner, etc.. into a movie theatre.
I refuse to buy anything out of those overpriced concession stands.
If I have a taste for popcorn, I'll stop at Target, buy some hot popcorn, put it in a zip-lock bag, and keep going!
I say, if you can fit it into a big shoulder bag, then by all means, take it in and enjoy!

I do! I normally sneak in a water bottle and nothing else, but occasionally I will bring candy.
The 2 strangest things I have brought are a bowl of noodles (from a noodle takeout restaurant) and a whole cake. The noodles were when we showed up 4 hours early to Harry Potter 5 and needed to eat dinner, and the cake was a friend's birthday!
When I worked at a movie theater, we caught a person sneaking in 2 dozen cupcakes. We let them bring them in--but they had to share. :-)

Oh, yeeeeaaah! I didn't used to! I was extremely morally upright. Then one day, I saw the price of the exact same candy at Bed Bath & Beyond for 99c and made the decision that i've kept from then on. That first time I sneaked it in there, the attendant said, "Ma'am?" whereupon I immediately tried to figure out who'd get the one phone call I'd be allowed. Turned out, I had dropped my Visa checkcard. I took it and nervously had an exaggerated, high-pitched, overly-loud giggle showing all my teeth. I've since recovered.

Oh heck yes I do! I am not about to pay $35 for a small soda and a small bag of m&m's! LOL!! I go to 7-Eleven and buy our snacks and put 2 small bottles of waters right in my purse. Refreshments are priced too freakin' high for even the rich people! I encourage everyone to bring their own snacks, everytime they go. If sales drop, maybe movie prices/refreshments will go down!

My family are the masters of sneaking food in. We head to Jewel or the Dollar Store before and buy loads of junk. Sometimes we're so prepared that we bring little snack bags too, so we don't have to bring the whole box or bag in. The worst thing we have ever snuck in was Hot Sausages already on the bun. We even had our own mustard!

I usually carry a big bag of Twizzlers in with me but we buy our popcorn, soda, and Chocolate candies at the movie when we get there. I have no idea why, I guess I am just really weird.
I remember going to watch the movie "9 to 5" when I was little with my entire family (about 35 to 40 of us). My aunts brought paper grocery sacks full of popcorn for us to pass around and eat.

The theater I go to lets you bring in anything that is sold in that plaza. There is about 6 places to eat along with Starbucks. I usually fill my purse with tons of things to. I have also seen people pull some crazy things out, like 3 foot long subs.

I haven't been to a movie theater in ages. I watch HBO, Cinemax, etc. When I did go though, I would sneak snacks & drinks in also in my big purse. I thought I was the only one! lol

I used to do that all the time and still do. But when I was younger and went with my mom we used to bring squeeze its and make popcorn at home and put them in ziplock bags. lol. Wow. Now I just buy drinks and candy from the dollar tree. We put stuff in our hoods of our jackets if we have one.lol!! The movies theatres snacks are really expensive!!

The theater snacks are WAAAAAAYYY too expensive, but I usually just bear the cost and purchase the popcorn and other snacks from there rather than try to sneak any in.
