This is so rediculous! Injuries occur in wrestling all the time. Granted some are faked to push storylines but the injuries to some stars are very real. Candice Michelle is a good example of a real injury. If you saw the way the King and JR reacted on Raw when it happened than you would know that it was a real injury. By the way, do you think John Cena's injury was also fake?

Come on...we all know injuries are faked (sometimes) and worked into storylines - like Cena's "abdominal injury" before his Last Man Standing match with Umaga at the Royal Rumble, but this time Cena was really injured and had surgery. Same with Candice...did you see how she fell last night? That was a wicked fall...you could tell by how JR & Lawler acted that it wasn't meant to happen. Remember when Candice got her nose broke by Victoria back several months ago? Did you think that was fake, too?

Oh Please-don't be so quick to judge, injuries are not fake, broken bones, torn muscles and concussions are not fake. Dying in the ring is not fake!

Okay,

My nephew asked me to watch what happened because he wnted to know if it was real or not. As A critical care nurse & a e.r. nurse as well i can tell you the mechanism of injury was very real & the injuries she suffered were also real. you can clearly see the displacement of the clavicle. also you can see the empty look in her eyes, just like a boxer who gets knocked out. so yes this ones for reall folks, & lets hope she heals well.

Did you not see the X the referee gave? That is a sign to let the people backstage know that a star has been seriously injured.

It was real, she was supposed to get knocked off, but not fall on her face and bust her collar bone.
And once again it's not fake it's fixed!

If you look at the pic on wwe.com, it shows her with the start of a pretty bad bruise around her right eye.

NO, it was real, you could tell from Beth phoenix's reaction that the injury was not in the script. You could clearly hear the referee giving instructions "Pull her out and cover her", "carefully", "careful"

I know, dude! You should prove everybody wrong. You should climb on something that is about five feet in the air, and then just fall right on your face. Then jump up and dance around about how uninjured you are. Or better yet just walk up to somebody and say I am an idiot would you please kick me in the nuts. I'm sure that won't hurt either.
