I have alot of fans...but only 3 of them answer just about every question I ask...

everyone seems to think I care that they don't answer my questions...I don't...they don't have to answer any of my questions...but that is the point of becoming someones fan, is so that you can easily locate their Q&As...so why become a fan?

I answer your questions. I would be weary about those fans. They are usually just fanning you so they can follow your every move and then report you honey. Keep your eye open!

I am sorry to see that this has happened to you, there has been allot of changes here on yahoo, and many people have been discouraged by some of the changes and others have made more problems for yahoo. I too have lots of fans and sometimes don't spend as much time answering their questions as I should, But the problem is that so people as to quick to choose fans or contacts and then ask questions that are beyond their contacts.
Yahoo is making great strides in trying to get the word out about the correct use of fans and contacts. And I hope that this little bit of information will help other in choosing their contacts and fans.
You should always look at a fan or contacts profile to see what they weak or strong points may be before deciding to add them. If you add someone that isn't very knowledgable about things that you are interested in then chances are that you won't get much help from them. Or perhaps if you add them they may feel that they are obligated to answer your questions and they may not be the best people to answer them.

I did for a while, but decided to block them, not because I expect anyone to answer my questions, but there are some people who become one's fan for their own reasons.

now i wonder how many of your fans will read and answer this, which i am presuming why you wrote it. roll out the justification!!
they probably just fancy you because they see a pretty picture and you answer and ask questions. put a profile up on a profile site like myspace, faceparty etc and you'll get guys adding you as friends and girls too, guys because they wanna chat you up usualy and for the sake of havign a million people added, and girls for the same reason, some people are addicted to having people on their list or linked to them. why not send them a message and ask them? you will probably get some answer from them.
and i don't have any fans which doesn't really bother me because i just do this when i'm bored and knowladge isn't power, use of knowladge is power. so i use my knowladge to empower others.

It happens frequently to me. I assume that I had one great question in their eyes and that I just couldn't do it anymore. Some have dropped out. Even my son Meat hasn't been on in moons.
some become fans or followers of others. Fickle aren't they. Or maybe it just didn't take them that long to see all that I am and I just don't measure up with their belief system.
Don't worry others will come to know you. The fact that you ask this question , speaks of who you are.

I try to answer all of their questions but sometimes I am overwhelmed and don't have enough time!
For that I am sorry. I will try to do better!
Yes, I wonder, because there are so many trolls out there!

I have fans/contacts but because of time difference they can`t answer all my questions posted. To have fans/contacts is a plus but I don`t expect them to answer all my questions the way that they would expect me to do the same. It also depends on what questions we post or how do we aswer questions that our contacts keep track on our account.

I have 7 fans and none of them have ever answered my stuff a second time. I don't really care though.
