Regardless of which your body is,what do you do to maintain the condition your condition is in?

give me a month in the mountains or in front of the furnace just dangerous tight for 50..hard living will do that to you ...

Dont each too much.

Check weight every so often (2 times a week) at same time of the day.

Take walks and run or jog if possible.

Even better join a gym or exercise club

I like being in the middle! I still look good but I'm still comfy enough to cuddle with. I try to eat right or at least make the "healthier" choice. I like to think that I'm healthy, but I know I could do better.

lift weights and run and work at ups and eat fairly healthy.

no drinking soda and not eating noodles. and skating.
keeps me fit the way i am.
