well me and my girlfriend want to win the costume contest be we have no clue what to be so can u guys give me some ideas i really wanted to be bueaty and the beast but i cant find a beast costume anywhere

You dont have to buy a beast costume. Make your own!
Get a really nice coat--perferably with tails--if you can find blue thats great but it doesn't have to be. Add some velvet trim with a glue gun to really make it look period. Don't forget to add more shoulder pads. Last tie the...i think its cavaet? anyway white fluffy thing like a tie.
Then combine it with a lion's mane. You can buy a stretchy headband at Walmart and some faux fur in the fabric section. Add some of that fur around your cuffs as well (maybe the lapel if you are feeling glue gun happy). If you have the ability to, grow a goatee. Buy some of those cheap kits with generic "animal ears". GIve yourself a black nose and whiskers.
As long as she is with you and in that gorgeous gold gown--everyone is going to know exactly who you are. And you'll get credit from BOTH judges--the one who believes in buying a really nice costume and the one who thinks the best costumes are homemade b/c they take more time than just swiping a card. See--double points!

You could be a "cereal" killer, and have mini boxes of cereal with plastic knives in them.
You could go as a laundry basket. Just cut a whole in the bottom (big enough for your waist to fit through), put some clothes in it, and use a detergent box for your candy.
Be a crayon (like me!). Just wear all of one color, and find a simple party hat and tape contruction paper around it to match your clothes.

go as a mad doctor and nurse.
you need a white wig and white face paints.
g/f will need nurse outfit and some vampire teeth with mad make up.
we did this a few years ago and we won!!
