I see so many questions about MCR the most horrible band in the world. If you hate MCR exprees your hated here. ME, I HATE THE BAND. The reason I'm posting this is because people are making such a big deal about a band who will eventually fade away. There are few bands who will not fade away and MCR will fade away.

I posted this because people are making a big deal about them. There not great like Zeppelin or other rock gods. I understand that they have really big fans. I'm a really big fan of KISS and alot of people don't like them. I posted this to show that not everyone likes them and making a big deal about them just isn't nessecary.

There are many great bands that write there own songs and they are legends. Just because MCR writes there own songs dosen't make them great. Secondly every genre of music evenyually gose away. 70's rock was cancelled due to 80's glam metal, grunge got rid of 80's metal, and the MCR type bands got rid of grunge. So evenyually it will fade away.

Yes, I agree with you also. To me, they are like a cheap imitation of The Smashing Pumpkins. Gerard Way will never, never have a cool voice or cool stage presence like Billy Corgan. I dislike the fact that the kids these days almost forget what music is about. Earleier this year I did a presentation on John Entwistle from The Who. No one knew who he was but found his music with The Who interesting. Why is it that Mozart has been dead for almost 216 years this December, yet, every knows who he is? Because he had great music. These groups like FOB and MCR are just "in the now" or "music fads" and will soon be forgotten. Everyone knows David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Keith Moon, Chuck Berry, because when they hear THOSE names, what is the first thing that comes to mind: Rock Pioneers, not emo trends or emo fads.

I agree their not 'rock gods' and they do get a lot more attention of little girl fans than they used to just because their music is more mainstream, and gerard is 'hot'.
But i wouldnt say their all that bad.
I dont get how they save peoples lives but i dont really mind them.
And yeh, on tv when its like greatest " ".. i never see MCR.

I liked their old stuff, but I really dislike their new stuff. The way Gerard projects his voice now is like really weird and annoying. I'm happy that they have a lot of fans because I know that's what you shoot for when you become famous, but I do get annoyed when I'm on the internet, or even in a public place, and there's always people who are OBSESSED with MCR. It's dumb, and I hope that they get over that. It's perfectly fine, though, if they love them a lot, just don't obsess over them.

I don't see very many MCR questions on here. Most of them are about Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus, or the buzz about Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron, or the Jonas Brothers. THOSE get on my nerves more than any MCR question ever could.

i love kiss and hate MCR they are not a great band at all and they seem to be gay to me by their songs they sing.

Well, **** everything from 1990 and on. 80's for life. Maiden, Priest, Van Halen, Ozzy, Crue, Poison, Guns N Roses for life. People say "they suck" "blah blah blah". Just b/c u dont like them, doesnt mean they are not good. u know? do u see any "emo" guitarists on the top 10 Best guitarists list? NO! theyre all 80's guitarists. Slash, Eddie Van Halen, Dave Murray, Jimmy Page, etc. Im with u.
