Not a hope, waste of money in my opinion.
I know I'm pretty ugly, but that doesn't seem to stop me getting the women so why should I change

No, not for "any reason at all" because some reasons are not good ones, but I have nothing against plastic surgery and would if I had a good enough reason (like if I was doing it only to please myself).

I'd get lipo and botox but that's about it. I wouldn't have anything "inserted" or plasticized...I'm not THAT bad looking!
