One more SB win would get him into the top 5 except that the cheating basically negates him from consideration.

Put Tom Brady on the Jets or some other pathetic team. If they challenge for the the Super Bowl each year then he's the best. Patriot Super Bowls have been more coach/team than anything. He did not put them over the top - they were there and he came at a time where the rest of the division went into a free-fall, so they have a cakewalk regular season.

Montana, Staubach, Bradshaw, Elway had stacked teams. At this point Marino/Montana were the best all time. Marino started with great receivers, ended with garbage. He never had a complete team to work with - Andre Franklin would have been cut on most great teams, but may have been his best back even though he cost them an appearance with 3 fumbles in one playoff game if I remember.

There has never been a more dominant qb than Marino. Nobody was close with the last possession 2-minute drill. If they ever subtracted the Hail Mary end-of-half / game passes from qb interceptions than his stats would be inhuman. Marino may never have lost head-to-head with Elway, unless he did under Johnson, but the Broncos usually had better teams.

Come on man. Everyone is talking about Tom Brady like he is God. He never had a season like this before, until he got 5 really good WR. I think he has more weapons than Manning ever had. I think Manning made his WR as good as they looked (cept for Wayne and Harrison). Manning will go down as the best QB in history when he is done, but for now you have to mention Dan Marino, Joe Montana, Johnny Unitas, and Brett Favre at the top. Tom Brady won't be the best QB in history just because he has 4 Super Bowls. Wait until the end of these guys' careers to judge this stuff. It is unfair for people to run around saying this because Tom Brady has thrown this many TD in just 7 games. Where was this talk when he won his first 3 Super Bowls? Then it was just talk about him being "clutch," not great.

Whoever is the best right now is the best of all time these days, it seems like. Nobody can remember what happened even ten years ago. Who is to say the best of all time? He plays in a great system. Let's see if he's still around ten years from now and what he's doing then.

if he throws for 60 touchdowns like he's on pace for (61 actually) and wins another superbowl, it's hard to argue against that. obviously no one is ever going to be the unanimous best but brady is very deserving, he could win another 2 or 3 superbowls after this year as long as randy moss stays happy and they keep that team together

I would hate to label him the best of all time. He still has a ways to go before he reaches that. We'll see how many touchdown passes he ends up with this season. That will help.

I THINK THE DARK SHADOW CAST OVER TOM BRADY FOR CHEATING IS GOING TO KEEP HIM OUT OF THE GREATEST EVER CONVERSATION

I don't know how to get this into peoples' heads

Super Bowl wins do not equal greatness
they might mean he's had the best career......but they don't mean that he's more talented
