WWE is the cornerstone and foundation of Professional Wrestling...Granted its evolved with the times and not what it used to be but still what hasnt.... TNA is trying to build their organization around has been WWE wrestlers who cant take the lifestyle of WWE with all the traveling. TNA stays in one place for the most part. WWE will always be on top as long as the McMahons are running it

wwe does not own TNA lmfao Dixie has stated before that she would close doors before she would let Vince take over. WWE has no ownership what so ever in TNA.
Now onto the question, TNA is building fan base quick and ratings are catching up with WWE. I believe within ther next 5 years TNA could definitely take over because I think TNA has better storylines and more action. Just my opinion though!

For ME TNA has better wrestling and talent(my opinion)and no TNA isn't going to take over,TNA need a bigger fan base before they can rival WWE.
