96 accord headlight and front bumper removal?

how do i remove both, the lights are the real problem i cant get them out, theres no room to move them and it seems to me the only way to get them out is to bend the metal brace over top of them to get them out.

the bumper has to come off to replace the headlight assembly. I can send you scans of how to do that if you can send me an email address. Yahoo answers will not allow a file to be attached to an answer.
